AS Holding is a leading group in the food industry with the largest number of halal certified products and companies. So far, 8 companies have been certified halal, which daily market about 20% of the total production of halal products on our market.
The company Mlin i Pekara doo Tuzla (Ljubače) is the eighth in line from the AS Holding Group to successfully completed the halal certification process according to the requirements of the halal standard. The halal certification process includes production lines for the production of mill products, fresh and frozen bakery products, pies and confectionery products, and animal feed. New 188 halal products are available to halal consumers, which are placed on the domestic and foreign markets.
"Bosnian halal industry is richer for another producer of halal products, Mlin i Pekar Ljubača, which has expanded the total range of halal products on our market. These are food products that are in daily use in our households, and which are available to halal consumers in a large number of our retail shops. We are convinced that the halal certificate will bring the company additional value on the market and consumer satisfaction," said the director of the Agency, dr. Damir Alihodzic.
